Acceptance of Terms

Please carefully review these Terms of Service ("Terms"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email, within the App, or by presenting you with the updated Terms for acceptance. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Purchases

When purchasing any product or service through the App ("Purchase"), you may be required to provide specific information, including your credit card details, billing address, and shipping information. By making a Purchase, you represent that: You have the legal authority to use the provided payment method(s). The information you supply is accurate and complete. We may use third-party services to process payments and facilitate Purchases, subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to issues such as product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

Subscriptions

Certain App features may require a subscription ("Subscription"), billed on a recurring monthly basis ("Billing Cycle"). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current Billing Cycle. You may manage or cancel your Subscription through your account settings. To process payments, you must provide accurate billing details, including your name, address, and payment method. If automatic billing fails, we will issue an invoice, and you must complete payment manually within the specified time.

Fee Changes

We may adjust Subscription fees at our discretion. Changes will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle, with prior notice provided. Continuing to use the App after the fee change constitutes your agreement to the updated amount.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Prohibited Uses

You may use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: Violate any laws or regulations. Exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors. Send unsolicited promotional material or spam. Impersonate others. Engage in illegal, threatening, or harmful activities. Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App. Additionally, you agree not to: Overload or disrupt the App. Use automated tools to access the App without authorization. Introduce harmful software or viruses. Attempt unauthorized access to the App or related systems. Manipulate or falsify ratings or feedback. We may monitor and enforce these prohibitions using third-party tools.

Accounts

To create an account, you must be at least 13 years old (16 years old in the EU). Users under this age must have a parent or guardian review and accept these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We reserve the right to terminate accounts with false, incomplete, or inappropriate information.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are the property of Pflugpeil Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), and its licensors. You may not use our trademarks or intellectual property without prior written consent.

Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. Claims of copyright infringement should be submitted to david@pflugpeil.de with the subject line "Copyright Infringement" and include a detailed description of the alleged infringement.

Feedback

By providing feedback or suggestions ("Feedback"), you grant us the right to use, modify, and distribute it without restriction. Feedback does not entitle you to compensation or rights in its use.

The App may include links to third-party websites or services. Pflugpeil Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites. Use them at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or that the App will meet your needs. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of warranties, so this disclaimer may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pflugpeil Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt)., and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. If terminated, all provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
